Changsha Lyrun new material Co.Ltd. was founded in January 1998, located in Changsha National Economic and Technological Development Zone, No.6 ,Xingsha Avenue. It covers an area of 63233.16 square meters, and adjoins the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, Changsha-Yongzhou Expressway, 302 and 107 National Highway, being next to ChangshaHuanghuaInternationalAirport and Changsha railway station.
The research and production of energy material are the main tasks of co***ny. the dominant product is continuous band-shaped nickel foam which has been identified as the 863 major research project, 9th Five-Year major project, the first batch of tens of billions of engineering project of Hunan, and has been included into the national high-tech industrialization demonstration project by the State Development Planning Commission. The co***ny has gotten the ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certification, and completed the treatment centre processing 300,000 tons of waste water per year. Lyrun New Material stock successfully soled on the stock market in 2003, and built up a wholly owned subsidiary of Changde Lyrun in the same year. Then the co***ny became the largest nickel foam manufacturer in the world, and the market share occupied one-third of the world. Chairman Dr. Zhong Faping, the founder of the co***ny, the former general manager, has been rated as China's top 10 science and technology Profile, Chinese Outstanding Youth Award, Representative of the 10th and the 11th NPC, national major projects Contribution Award and advanced individuals. The co***ny has been recognized as China's battery industry outstanding export enterprises, national key technological innovation enterprises, key high-tech technological enterprises, Quality Management Award in Hunan Province, Lyrun New Material brand was evaluated as Hunan's famous brand. The co***ny was named as the garden-like enterprises by Changsha Municipal Party Committee and Government.
